CEPAR Stratgy formulation and Governance workshop

The delivery of workshops to the CEPAR Excom Board will focus on presenting key findings, validating insights, and collaboratively developing a strategic framework. These sessions will also establish a clear timeline for strategy development, ensuring alignment with CEPAR's priorities, governance structures, and market context as it progresses beyond 2025. Additionally, a governance workshop will be conducted with the Excom Board and representatives from the Conflict Resolution, Audit, and Marketing Committees.
