HEAR Stratgy formulation and Governance workshop

Delivery of workshops to the HEAR Excom Board to present key findings, validate insights, and collaboratively develop a strategic framework. These sessions will also establish a clear timetable for strategy development, ensuring alignment with HEAR’s priorities, governance structures, and the market context as it moves forward from 2025. A governance workshop will also take place with the Excom Board and supporting Committee representatives from the Conflict Resolution, Audit and Marketing Committees.

The winners will later compete at the regional level on the EAC Regional Quality Award that will bring winners from all East African Community (EAC) partner states to compete.
