EAC Quality Award Event

The EAC Regional Quality Award competition spearheaded by the EAC Secretariat and coordinated by the Secretariat in collaboration with the East African Business Council (EABC).

It is a pivotal initiative aimed at cultivating quality culture across all sectors of the economy within the EAC region. This prestigious award builds upon the success of national quality recognition programs, with winners of National Quality Awards from each Partner State competing at the regional level.

The award is designed to be an annual event implemented initially among the six (6) Partner States of Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, South Sudan, and Uganda with Democratic Republic of Congo and Federal Republic of Somalia as observer.

SUBMISSIONS FOR THE QUALITY AWARDS IN TANZANIA ARE OPEN UNTIL 31 AUGUST 2024

The National Quality Awards aim to recognize and reward outstanding achievements in quality and standards across the country. The winners will later compete at the regional level on the EAC Regional Quality Award that will bring winners from all East African Community (EAC) partner states to compete.
